Replacement, Refund and Shipping Policy
Customers should note that certain products are offered subject to certain
conditions, which may limit, restrict or exclude their right to exchange or
refund. The refund policy provided on the product page shall prevail over the
general returns policy. Do refer the respective item/s applicable
return/replacement policy on the product page for any exceptions to the return
policy as mentioned herein below:-
Replacement:

When the product is not working on arrival because of manufacturing defect,
customer should return the product within 07 days, from the date of delivery.
The product would be replaced with no extra cost, subject to availability of
products. If no complaint is raised for manufacturing defect within 7, the
Customer has to contact directly to the products service centre. Request for
return of product would be accepted only on following conditions:-
i.
IMEI/ name/ image/ brand/ serial number/ article number/
bar code should match and MRP tag should be undetached and clearly visible.
ii.
All in-the-box accessories (like remote control, starter
kits, instruction manuals, chargers, headphones, etc.), freebies and combos (if
any) should be present.
iii.
The product should be unused, unwashed, unsoiled, without
any stains and with non-tampered quality check seals/return tags/warranty seals
(wherever applicable).
iv.
The product should be undamaged and without any
scratches, dents, tears or holes.
v.
Product's original packaging/ box should be undamaged.
Please note that, if the same product is not available, then refund would
be processed, as per terms mentioned below.

Products requiring installation, return shall be eligible only when such
products are installed by the respective brand authorised personal.

Refund
·
If you are receiving a refund after we have received your item, in the manner
mentioned above.
a. In case of credit card payments, refund shall be made by the Ckart within
seven days of the cancellation/refund to the account of credit card holder.
b. In case of cash transactions, Bank Account details of the customer will be
taken and refund will be processed through NEFT/RTGS.
Note that refund would take 7-14 days from the date of refund being processed.
Shipping Policy
All the shipments will be delivered through reputed and known shipping / courier
agencies ie. Blue Dart Express Ltd; Fedex Express Transportation And Supply
Chain Services, V-xpress etc. All the customers will be notified in advance for
the shipping charges, if any, & estimated time of delivery would be Seven to Ten
days depending on the distance & location.
